Buchanan Cottage Clusters is a thoughtfully designed neighborhood-scale housing project located in Corvallis, Oregon, delivered through a collaborative effort between Neighborly Development and Neighborly Construction. The community will include 21 individual cottage-style homes, each offering three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and approximately 1,100 square feet of efficient, well-planned living space. Interior finishes feature quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, stainless-steel appliances, and white shaker-style cabinetry accented with black hardware for a clean, modern aesthetic.
