Dixon Cottages is a thoughtfully designed neighborhood-scale housing community located in Corvallis, Oregon, delivered through a collaborative partnership between Neighborly Development and Neighborly Construction. The project is currently under construction, with anticipated completion and availability beginning in September 2026. The project features 21 cottage-style homes, each offering three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and approximately 1,166 square feet of efficient, well-designed living space. Homes showcase durable, modern finishes including quartz countertops, luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout, stainless-steel appliances, and Hickory cabinetry with black hardware, along with custom details that reflect local character and craftmanship. The community is centered around a shared courtyard, creating a welcoming, connected environment while preserving privacy for each residence.
