I love everything about living here at Heritage Meadows. I have been here since 2014 and I've seen the HM staff come and go. This current team of Melissa. Evie, Darwin and Paul is top notch - next level with customer service. They have helped me in so many ways. I'm almost 69 and.don't get around as easily as I used to. Evie and Melissa have brought me my mail, especially packages that were too heavy for me to carry. This week our parking.lot is being painted. I can move my car, but I can't walk across the big parking.lot due to limited mobility. Evie coordinated with Darwin to come pick up my car keys and he'll move the car for me. I feel safe and cared for here. They all get 5 stars!

We've lived at the Fairway (managed by Neighborly Ventures) for over a year; have lived 16 years total in the Willamette Valley. If you're not ready to buy a home in this economy, renting at the Fairway is where your heart feels like its home. Considering how much I've rented throughout my life (especially in this area), this is the most professional, competent and friendly management we've ever had. The day we moved in, my son had problems with figuring out the cable. Tech Lead, Brian, was here within minutes helping him fix it. We also had a fridge go out over the weekend recently. Due to the urgency, the Manager, Alyssa, had maintenance address it immediately. The Maintenance Manager, Danny, brought us a like-new refrigerator in less than an hour. Lorena, the Asst. Manager has always been on her toes to help us keep all the paperwork up to date. On top of that, the lawn maintenance workers keep the grounds clean and beautiful, whether rain or shine. If you want to live in the nicest complex in the Willamette Valley, please come check out our beautiful community!

After contacting upper management, they had Cornerstone called me immediately and apologized and made everything right. They went above and beyond to make this up to me. As so many businesses, there is too much work and low staff and I definitely understand that. I could not be happier and excited to live here!
I truly dont know where to begin. I was called from Cornerstone that they had an apartment for me. I was over the top excited. Im disabled and need an apt that meets my needs.
I turned in my application on Oct 28, 2022. Was approved, did housing (sec 8) papers in on Halloween. From there it just needed to go to compliance and get inspected by housing. I was called in 3 times to initial little details on the app for compliance, ok I dont mind doing that.
So the unit was inspected and passed on November 28th I believe. So all that needed to happen was a "move in appt". I told them I really need to vacate my current apt by December 1st, or asap. I called over and over and was told they were waiting on compliance. After Dec 7th, no word. They are not answering my calls or returning messages. My housing worker emailed them and called them as well with no reply. I cannot even count how many times we contacted them to no avail.
So then I called Neighborly ventures. Every time, i was told they would have someone call me which obviously never happened.
So here we are end of December. I have spent so much money for moving boxes, someone to pack my apt (again, because im disabled), i had to buy takeout every day because everything was packed. The lists of costs go on and on. I am on disability!
What they have done to me is absolutely cruel, unprofessional, dissapointing, and just beyond words.
Im now at a point trying to find another apt withen the housing rent limits, or begging my current management company to let me stay here, after ALL the packing and expenses.
The fact that I could end up homeless, after Cornerstone called me and told me to put my 30 day notice in and we did all the paperwork and housing requirements, only to get my calls screened and nobody calling me back. At the very least, I deserve an explanation. Literally all thats left is to give me the keys. I will be calling fair housing and legal aid, if this isnt resolved.
