Cornerstone

Cornerstone is located off of Portland Road in Salem, Oregon. This community is comprised of 180 units, offering studios, one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. The project was completed through a partnership with the Community Resource Trust, in 2018, to offer affordable units serving individuals and families making at or below 60% of the median income of Marion County. The community boasts extensive amenities including an outdoor sports court, a playground, a community garden, and a community building with a fitness center, a private office for on-site case management services, a computer lab, and a training area for onsite classes.
