Courtney Place

Courtney Place is located in the heart of downtown Salem and is a community offering safe, supportive, and affordable housing for veterans. This community is comprised of 34 units including a variety of one- and two-bedroom floor plans. Apartment finishes include quartz countertops, modern cabinets, backsplash, large windows, and a washer/dryer included in each unit. Courtney Place focuses on offering services to help support our veterans such as employment support services, food security, community engagement/outings, transportation services, Federal and State assistance, a free YMCA membership, and so much more.
