Koz on State

Koz on State is a new apartment community brought to downtown Salem, Oregon in 2021. This is a community of 148 apartment homes, offering thoughtfully designed studio, one and two-bedroom apartments. We were excited to work on this project with Koz Development as they managed the construction and development and we tackled the lease-up and ongoing management. Koz on State brings an upscale living experience to the downtown Salem scene. Exemplifying the minimalist lifestyle, this new micro-living community brings you the best of both worlds – intentional design and contemporary conveniences.
