The Southtown neighborhood is located in Monmouth, Oregon and built in 2020. Southtown is conveniently tucked away off of Highway 99W, near Western Oregon University, and includes 119 affordable and workforce housing apartment homes. Although affordable, that doesn’t mean we cut any corners.
