Amazing staff! Finally! After going through 2/3 managers, current manager is amazing! Melinda and Summer and everyone else, including maintenance, Ben and Jr have been such amazing people and super attentive to our needs. This place has TURNED AROUND thanks to OUR CURRENT management team! I find myself wanting to visit and hangout with them just because they're genuinely great people and CARE about the well being of everyone. I would hate to see anyone go. I can't express and say how much they've changed this community. From reach out programs to our community garden. Just amazing. I'm glad to call this place home as they have made it POSSIBLE to ensure that we're in the right place. Seriously, they need a raise. Their hard work and efforts are paying off. They've made this place safer and we can't be anymore grateful!

My husband and I (and our pets) love living here! Management is great and timely with any requests we make (and they have treats in the office for our pups, which is always a plus for us). There's a cute dog park on site, along with a ton of other amenities! And our neighbors are incredibly friendly!

The Grove Salem is a great place to live. We were there 3 years and loved being there. Maintenance issues were solved very quickly and the management team is wonderful. We really enjoyed the area and using the gym. We will miss being there.

Management at Southtown is excellent. They are very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. They also bring a sense of community with occasional gatherings, support services and a helpful newsletter. Curious and efficient new maintenance man responds in 2 days or less and seems to be a nice family. Southtown is well-located and feels safe. The library and a several stores are in walking distance. Downtown Monmouth and WOU are a nice long walk.

The front manager was very helpful and kind. She even offered us a bed for temporary till we get on our feet. Neighbors very friendly and nice. Yes I would definitely recommend this place for family or anybody trying to get on their feet.

We are so pleased that we chose Reserve at Hunters Ridge as our new home after relocating from the Midwest. Everyone in the front office has been so helpful. They took the time to answer all our questions before and after the move. They have made our move go smoothly. It already feels like home. The apartment is so nice and perfect in every way.
